I was having some trouble sleeping, so I decided to give a new life to an old model. I did this skull a while ago, in order to study part of the skull's anatomy, and it has been getting digital dust for a long time.
Grabbed Cinema 4D - which I haven't use in quite some time - and just went for it.
This is the result:
Nothing special here, just a few color and shaders tests. Judging by the colors I used, it looks like I've been paying to much attention to Jessica Walsh's instagram account lately.
I guess I'll try this again soon, it was a lot of fun. Maybe I'll put some of the other old models to a good use.
These are the settings I used for one of the shaders. They are quite simple as you can see.
Every shader was a variation of these settings - different falloff colors, different reflection colors, different IOR value on the reflection... Well, you get the idea - but nothing major going on here.
Maybe I could make a few Cinema 4D tutorials... Hmmm.
You can download the images and use it as a wallpaper.
I'll be using the last one as my phone's wallpaper from now on.
I'll try to get some sleep now.
Hope you liked it !
